Yerim Industry, a total interior specialty brand, has unveiled a range of trendy new door products.
First, Yerim recently collaborated with 'Interior Show,' a residential interior specialty brand, to launch a new-style 'Step Door (ST-01H·ST-01D).' Co-developed by Yerim and INSHOW, the 'Step Door' reflects Yerim's unrivaled technical expertise together with the slim, modern design characteristic of INSHOW Style.
The 'Step Door' is assembled by inserting an upper header into the left and right door frames, and its ease of installation is a key strength. In particular, the 'Step Door' features a hidden interior style that, like a hidden door, eliminates unnecessary elements to create a clean, simple space. While it may look similar to a hidden door, its structure recesses the door inward relative to the wall, delivering a distinctive hidden interior look. Because the door sits inward from the wall surface, the handle does not protrude, creating a safe yet tidy space. And with no upper or lower door frames, the door appears to extend seamlessly to the ceiling for a unified effect, allowing even a space of the same size to feel more open and clean. In addition, the 'Yerim×INSHOW Door Handle (YIL-001M),' scheduled for release in October, is a magnetic handle that emphasizes a luxurious matte chrome surface and a slim design. By not exposing the door frame strike and latch, it is not only safe but also adds an automatic magnetic locking function when the door closes, providing a noise-prevention effect that is expected to earn a positive response from customers. A Yerim Industry official said, "INSHOW is a company that presents a new paradigm and direction for interiors, renowned for its trim-less, molding-free high-end interior concept 'INSHOW Style,' and it operates a YouTube channel with 310,000 subscribers," adding, "Through the launch of this collaboration product with the renowned interior creator INSHOW, our company will further accelerate its push into the interior market."
In addition, Yerim Industry presented three ABS doors—▲Groove ▲Laconic ▲Sting—that reinterpret its own steady-selling products with a modern intaglio (engraved) design, along with the ▲Matte Color Door, which enables a unified concept with 'Lux,' Yerim Kitchen's premium material. Among these, 'Groove' is a premium ABS door product in which a vertical stripe pattern creates a rhythmic mood through subtle variations in spacing. In particular, it adopts a gradation embossing technology that conveys both flatness and three-dimensionality at once depending on the viewing angle and light, so the door alone delivers an interior effect. With its unrivaled and distinctive design unique to Yerim, 'Groove' was selected as a 2023 Good Design Award product. 'Laconic' is a modern reinterpretation of the steady-selling Modish Provence, maximizing a simple yet refined image through variations in diagonal angles, so a single door can serve as an accent for a space. 'Sting' provides a visual effect that makes a space appear wider along the slim lines drawn on the door, and its diagonally finished accent design creates a simple yet sophisticated interior. The 'Matte Color Door' evokes a luxurious sensibility through its soft texture and matte finish, and it is offered in matching colors so it can be styled as a unified concept with Yerim interior films and the Yerim board 'Lux.'
