Bosch's Power Tools division (Division Head Park Jin-hong) has launched the ‘GBH 18V-34 CF Professional,’ a professional-grade BiTurbo 18V cordless rotary hammer that offers the most powerful performance in its cordless SDS plus compact hammer lineup.
This new product applies Bosch's high-performance BiTurbo brushless motor and premium ‘ProCORE18V’ battery technology to deliver 45% more power than comparable SDS plus products. As a result, it provides 950W of corded-tool-class output and 5.8J of impact energy, making it effective for drilling and chiseling in concrete, stone, brick, wood, and more. On top of this, it is equipped with the full range of safety features Bosch is known for. In the event of recoil caused by a sudden overload, such as the bit catching on an obstacle, the Kickback Control function stops the tool on its own to prevent injury. The Lock-on button, which enables continuous chiseling, allows the operating mode to be locked, and it does not function in hammer drilling mode, ensuring safety. In addition, the ASC (Adaptive Speed Control) function helps the tool start smoothly while enabling safe and precise tool control.
Furthermore, the new product maximizes ease of use through an intelligent user interface (HMI) featuring Bosch's own connectivity technology. It displays the battery charge status, the tool's heat status, and the Kickback Control status at a glance, enabling intuitive tool operation. In addition, it offers three operating modes depending on the task: ▲Auto mode ▲Soft mode ▲Favorite mode.
Beyond this, multipurpose accessories such as Bosch's SDS plus chuck and quick-change chuck can be easily swapped out, making tool maintenance convenient and extending the tool's service life. The LED work light, which was not available on corded products, improves work efficiency in dark environments.
