The Bosch Power Tools division has launched the ‘GWG 10.8V-50 S Professional,’ a professional cordless right-angle die grinder ideal for work in tight spaces.
The new ‘GWG 10.8V-50 S Professional’ features a high-performance brushless motor and high torque that make grinding work fast and easy. In particular, compared with conventional brushed motors, the brushless motor offers a longer service life, less heat generation, a smaller size, and stable rotational speed. In addition, the ‘GWG 10.8V-50 S Professional’ weighs just 0.53 kg without the battery attached, reducing fatigue during extended work. Furthermore, its compact design fits in one hand, enabling precise work even in tight spaces to produce the best results. On top of this, the new product’s variable-speed trigger switch allows the speed to be adjusted across five levels, making it suitable for a wide range of tasks.
The ‘GWG 10.8V-50 S Professional’ can be used for grinding, deburring (removing the excess material produced during metalworking), sanding, cleaning, and surface preparation, as well as for removing weld seams and weld points from metal materials. It also incorporates a protective paddle switch as a safety feature; releasing the switch instantly turns off the grinder, putting the operator’s safety first. The product comes as a bare-tool body along with accessories including a spanner, a 6 mm collet, and a nut. The ‘GWG 10.8V-50 S Professional’ is compatible with Bosch’s 50 mm grinding discs, as well as with 6 mm and 8 mm collets.
An official from the Bosch Power Tools division said, “The new product combines high output with a compact size, making it a product tailored for grinding, sanding, cleaning, and similar work on metal materials in tight spaces and corners.”
