Korea VR Reality (CEO Jang Ho-hyun), a company specializing in virtual reality (VR), announced that it is launching a '360VR Service' on its mobile interior platform Kovi House.

The interior platform Kovi House is an interior platform in which material suppliers, interior companies, and consumers all participate. In a VR space, consumers can decorate interiors in a game-like manner using wallpaper, flooring, furniture, accessories, and more, and share the completed space with family or other users through various social media channels such as Facebook and KakaoStory.

'360VR' is VR content that allows users to view a space by rotating the screen in all 360-degree directions, or to view it using an HMD. It is gaining attention as next-generation VR content by providing a sense of realism and immersion that feels like directly experiencing an actual space. In addition, because it can be experienced without a separate dedicated VR device or a high-performance smartphone, it is a service that allows anyone to easily experience VR content with just a smartphone.

Unlike other services that only offer viewing, Kovi House lets users design their own space using the material items (wallpaper, flooring, furniture, accessories, etc.) provided in the app, produce the completed VR space as 360VR content in real time, and then share it on social media. In particular, because the Kovi House app provides everything related to VR — including the production, distribution, and experience of VR content — it is expected to be applicable to a wide range of fields such as moving, interior design, and online housewarming.

Jang Ho-hyun, CEO of Korea VR Reality, said, "With the recently unveiled 360VR service, Kovi House has now completed a total VR service that can directly produce and distribute all VR-related content, including VR, AR, and 360VR. We will not only provide users with diverse VR content but also spare no effort in various attempts and endeavors to popularize VR going forward."

Meanwhile, Korea VR Reality is a company that provides various VR services through its self-developed Kovi 3D engine. Its main services include Kovi Online, a 3D sales consultation tool for interior businesses. In addition, it has led the adoption of VR technology among architecture and interior companies by continuously implementing and advancing solutions for leading domestic kitchen, furniture, and office interior companies such as Hyundai Livart, iloom, Moksan, Nexis, and Borneo. Beyond the architecture and interior field, it is expanding its 3D VR solution areas, including the Incheon International Airport Corporation's integrated space management system and S-1's security design solution. 1644-4932
