Fursys, a company specializing in office environments, announced that it won the Winner prize in three Product Design categories at the '2022 Red Dot Award.'

The Red Dot Award, together with Germany's 'iF Design Award' and America's 'IDEA,' is regarded as one of the world's three major design awards, selecting and honoring high-quality works across three fields: Product, Communication, and Concept. At this year's award, Fursys took the Winner prize in the Product Design category with △WEYARD △SYSTEM BOOTH △AERIE.

As office trends have shifted amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Fursys has been leading the way toward new office environments by presenting next-generation solutions suited to 'hybrid work,' 'open office,' and 'work lounge' settings. In particular, its differentiated products and design capabilities were recognized through its Red Dot Award-winning offerings: △'WEYARD,' system furniture for hybrid work, △'SYSTEM BOOTH,' a solution that freely partitions space in various configurations, and △'AERIE,' a modular system sofa for creating work lounges.

WEYARD is user-customizable system furniture suited to hybrid work environments, as it can be freely arranged in work spaces or work lounges. SYSTEM BOOTH is an open-office space solution that allows layouts to be changed in various ways without any ceiling or floor interior construction.

AERIE is a functional sofa suited to work lounges, enabling creative and dynamic spatial arrangements depending on the modules used, and its simple, flexible design fits well in any space. The AERIE sofa offers greater comfort with a variety of backrest heights, and features work-supporting options such as power strips and writing desks.

A Fursys representative said, "Winning three Red Dot Awards has proven Fursys's world-class design and product competitiveness," adding, "In line with rapidly changing post-pandemic office space trends, we will continue to present products with new concepts and designs to our customers." The representative further added, "In addition to SYSTEM BOOTH, which has already been launched and is being used in various work spaces, we plan to release WEYARD and AERIE as well."
