Alongside its flagship apartment remodeling service, the company is growing into a living brand enterprise by introducing a variety of private-brand offerings.
Since 2022, 'PARTS' has been supplying essential interior materials such as flooring, tiles, natural wallpaper, and handles. The product 'PARTS' has now introduced is a modular electronic switch that maintains the functionality and design of European-style switches while being fully compatible with the recessed boxes used in domestic apartments. In particular, the new premium switch requires no separate concrete-wall grooving or carpentry work, allowing it to reduce both installation time and cost. In addition, the switch was designed to harmonize with the wall and create a warm space by reproducing the texture of wallpaper on the switch surface and developing a white color that eliminates any cold impression. Beyond simply serving the function of turning lights on and off, it can bring a sense of unity to the interior, and the company expects it to receive a favorable response from consumers.
