EAGON Maru, the premium flooring brand of EAGON Industry, announced the launch of 'DURA,' a hybrid floor that brings together all three elements—vivid pattern design, an even harder surface, and eco-friendly plywood.
EAGON Industry's new 'DURA' floor is a hybrid engineered floor that combines the sophisticated, elegant design characteristic of solid wood flooring with the very best qualities of solid wood and natural wood floors, along with greater resistance to denting and scratching compared to conventional engineered floors. According to EAGON Industry, the new product uses materials rated SE0 (Super E0), the highest grade for eco-friendly materials, for outstanding safety, and it significantly improves upon the shortcomings of conventional engineered floors by adding a high-strength protective layer to Grade 1 water-resistant plywood—minimizing deformation caused by temperature changes and humidity while enhancing impact resistance. The new 'DURA' floor measures 115 mm in width and 800 mm in length, and its distinctive feature is a refined look achieved by adding a modern gray color to a bright tone. It is offered in a total of six variants featuring the patterns customers prefer most: ▲Titan Gray ▲Titan White ▲Iron Beige ▲Iron Silver ▲Brass Oak ▲Brass Cream.
An EAGON Industry official said, "By applying Lively embossing technology to the surface design, the new product vividly captures beautiful natural wood grain and texture," and explained, "The natural grain creates an even more natural feel, and thanks to a hard shield ply layered over the plywood, it offers superior resistance to denting, scratching, and staining compared to existing products."
Meanwhile, detailed sizes, types, and specifications of the hybrid floor 'DURA' can be found on the EAGON Maru website (www.eagonmaru.com). 1522-1271
