Hanssem Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Jin-tae), a comprehensive home interior specialist, has launched two 2023 first-half 'Remodeling Packages' that reflect the latest trends.
The two new products consist of the ▲Slim Package, aimed at the distinctly individualistic MZ generation, and the ▲Simple Package, which targets demand for partial renovations. First, the 'Slim Package' features a style that highlights slim finishing materials and a rich array of point colors, and it was introduced in three concepts—▲Slim Vivid ▲Slim Neutral ▲Slim White—to reflect each person's lifestyle and taste.
'Slim Vivid' was styled as a space for a young, newlywed couple full of personality. Based on white as the foundation, it brings out the couple's own style by matching bold vivid colors such as pink, red, and blue throughout the home. 'Slim Neutral' was designed as a space for a family of three—a couple in their 30s and 40s and a 7-year-old boy. By matching base colors in beige and warm gray tones with nature-inspired neutral colors such as wood and green, it creates a feeling of infusing the home with warm energy. The kitchen was rendered as a soft space in green so the family can converse comfortably, and the study uses blue wallpaper.
'Slim White' was proposed as a consistently beloved white-tone interior. It is characterized by the use of building materials with various textures and patterns to create a unified white tone, matched with colorful accessories and furniture as point colors. In particular, the 'Slim Package' commonly applies Hanssem's new slim-design building material products. Using elements such as 'Line Lighting' connected in a long stretch along the hallway, cleanly installed 'Line Door Frames,' and 'Hidden Molding' that finishes the ceiling and walls with a seamless look, it completes a space where slim lines stand out.
'Simple Package' was introduced as a product specialized for partial renovations, reflecting demand from those who remodel while living in their home. Whereas conventional partial renovations proceeded by selecting desired processes such as kitchen, doors, sliding doors, and windows, the 'Simple Package' proposes changing the space you want. First, a 'Package by Space' was created so customers can select and change the space they want.
The 'Entryway Package' consists of work on the entryway cabinet, sliding door, molding, film, wallpaper, lighting, and floor tile, taking a total of 3 days. The 'Room Package' can install built-in storage, molding, film, wallpaper, wall paneling, lighting, and more in just 4 days, while the 'Living Room·Kitchen Package' can change the kitchen furniture installation as well as the molding, film, wallpaper, wall paneling, and lighting throughout the entire living room and kitchen space in just 6 days.
Along with this, Hanssem has newly introduced the 'Safety Service,' a customized service that lowers the barrier to partial renovations. The 'Safety Service' resolves the inconveniences of the construction stage, such as having to clear out belongings inside the home and dust generated during construction when renovating a home that is being lived in. The 'Safety Service' consists of ▲a pre-visit service ▲an indoor belongings relocation service ▲a special protection service ▲and accountable construction. In addition, to provide fast, high-quality partial construction services, Hanssem has also formed a dedicated 'Simple Package' construction team for accountable construction across all processes.
Yoo Jeong-yeon, director of Hanssem's Remodeling Products Division, said, "We have newly introduced two new remodeling package products that reflect the tastes of the MZ generation, which is leading recent changes in the remodeling market, and that target demand for partial renovations in an era of stalled moving." She added, "Through Hanssem's differentiated products and construction competitiveness spanning from furniture to building materials, we will continue to raise customer satisfaction with remodeling work."
