Total living interior company Hyundai L&C has launched ‘BODAQ Wall Bath,’ an eco-friendly interior wall panel designed exclusively for bathrooms.
Last year, Hyundai L&C released ‘BODAQ Wall,’ a new-concept interior wall panel made of a 6 mm-thick board wrapped with eco-friendly PET film. Because ‘BODAQ Wall’ is easier to install than other wall panels and delivers a luxurious interior effect at a reasonable price, it created a significant stir in the market after its launch. Following the ‘BODAQ Wall’ product, Hyundai L&C plans to accelerate its market push this year by launching a product dedicated to bathrooms.
The newly launched ‘BODAQ Wall Bath’ uses a synthetic board made of highly waterproof calcium carbonate as its main board. On top of this, it is structured with eco-friendly PET film, a highly stain-resistant fluorine coating that can even be used on building exteriors, and a surface protection film wrapped over it. In addition, ‘BODAQ Wall Bath’ features film wrapping that extends all the way to the edges, ensuring a clean finish quality and preventing moisture penetration. It also enables hidden molding installation, a recent interior trend, allowing for an even neater finish. Furthermore, like the existing ‘BODAQ Wall’ product, it can be installed using a dry construction method with dedicated adhesive and molding, making installation easier and faster than the tiles commonly applied in bathrooms. Replacement work is also simple, making maintenance easy.
Hyundai L&C’s new ‘BODAQ Wall Bath’ is offered in a total of 8 patterns, including ▲Pietra ▲Mono Terrazzo ▲Urban Ceramic. All products are matte, and the harmony of monotone colors with luxurious patterns such as marble, terrazzo, and vein makes it possible to create a refined space.
