Lotte Mall Maison Dongbusan Collaborative Showroom
iloom, the residential furniture specialty brand of the Fursys Group, announced that it has opened a new store at 'Lotte Mall Maison Dongbusan,' the largest lifestyle home furnishing specialty complex in the Yeongnam region, and has unveiled a collaborative showroom together with LG Electronics Best Shop.
The iloom Lotte Mall Maison Dongbusan store, a leading residential furniture specialty brand located on the first floor of 'Lotte Mall Maison Dongbusan,' demonstrated its strength by achieving 300 million won in sales within just three weeks of opening (June 24–July 11). At the iloom Lotte Mall Maison Dongbusan store, customers can encounter iloom's diverse product lines all in one place, including △a kids' zone △a student's room △a living room △a dining area △a bedroom and △a study.
In addition, an in-store collaborative showroom was created together with LG Electronics Best Shop to present a space where furniture and home appliances are in harmony, offering customized furniture–appliance interior proposals. The iloom–LG Electronics Best Shop collaborative showroom recreates living and dining spaces by arranging iloom furniture products such as dining tables, sofas, single recliners and display cabinets alongside LG Electronics Best Shop home appliances such as TVs, refrigerators and air purifiers. With the iloom and LG Electronics Best Shop stores positioned on either side of the collaborative showroom, customers can move freely between them and examine both furniture and home appliances at the same time.
iloom stated that it designed the iloom Lotte Mall Maison Dongbusan store as a space where customers can address everything related to the home—including iloom's diverse lineup as well as interiors, furniture and home appliances—and that it will continue to strive to present collaborative showrooms with brands relevant to living spaces, such as home appliances and interior materials, in order to enhance consumers' understanding of and convenience regarding home spaces.
Meanwhile, in August 2020, iloom signed a business agreement with LX Hausys (formerly LG Hausys) and unveiled a collaborative exhibition space. The 'Model House Collaborative Showroom,' set up in a shop-in-shop format at the iloom Mapo Seodaemun store, is a space that reproduces the interior of an actual 112.2㎡ (34-pyeong) apartment, creating a creative space by harmoniously utilizing iloom furniture tailored to the lifestyle of each individual family member together with LX Hausys interior materials. It is characterized by offering total space consulting—from interior furniture to materials—and connecting everything through to product purchase in a one-stop manner.
