Expanded relocation and grand opening in Nonhyeon-dong, showcasing a diverse range of products from solid wood flooring to solid wood furniture
Gazzotti Korea, a specialist in imported solid wood flooring, has relocated and expanded its headquarters to Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, and opened a new showroom.
The newly relocated showroom is situated near Hakdong Station on Nonhyeon-dong's Furniture Street, where the latest interior trends can be taken in at a glance, enhancing accessibility for consumers. Spanning approximately 330㎡ (about 100 pyeong), the spacious venue has been designed as a refined and luxurious space befitting its premium products. The interior is organized into six main zones arranged along the visitor flow, stylishly displaying Gazzotti's diverse lineup of solid wood flooring products.
▲The Premium zone, located at the entrance, presents wide-plank products aimed at the high-end market—‘Life,’ ‘Premium,’ and ‘Vintage’—in a panoramic layout. In particular, ‘Life’ features knots and cracks that are worked by hand, giving the flooring a naturally varied, non-uniform appearance, and is produced in ultra-wide planks of 190–260㎜. ‘Vintage’ is finished with fine pore treatment and an eco-friendly natural oil coating, allowing one to feel the wood's natural texture. ‘Premium’ is a top-grade flooring of dignified, luxurious specification, and drew attention with the premium ‘Tabacco’ pattern installed on the showroom floor in various sizes. ▲The Project zone, positioned deeper inside the showroom, displays ‘Smile’ and ‘Plancia 10,’ solid wood flooring products offered at reasonable price points. Both products have gained attention for their high cost-effectiveness and emotional value, having been installed at the sites of major domestic construction firms. ▲The Outlet zone offers long-term inventory and products that have passed their trend cycle at steep discounts of 50–80%, allowing customers to choose without hesitation.
▲The G18 WoodLab zone, displayed along the walls, conveys Italy's unique and original sensibility and features products with distinctive patterns that allow for versatile installation. Among them, ‘Mood,’ designed by the renowned Italian architect Stefano Natalucci, combines herringbone and chevron and was created through Gazzotti's own patented technology. ▲The Custom-Order zone displays the handmade pieces of Gazzotti's most premium, top-priced products, ‘Idee&Parquet’ and ‘Maison de Parquet.’ These are characterized by knots and cracks large and small that let one experience the very nature of the wood; in particular, ‘Idee&Parquet’ boasts unique and rare designs seldom encountered in Korea, including highly scarce reclaimed-wood designs, bronze and brass patterns, and green ash (daecheong) wood patterns.
In addition, the showroom features furniture crafted from ‘Bricole,’ the perforated wood seen in Venice, Italy. Reborn as interior furniture by recycling ‘Bricole’ wood, these pieces offer the distinctive beauty of rugged reclaimed wood while serving as objets d'art within a space.
Park Jung-ho, CEO of Gazzotti Korea, said, “The building materials market has recently shifted toward pursuing total interior solutions, strengthening brands, and adopting direct marketing that bypasses distribution channels. As a result, a showroom that consumers can easily access has become an essential element. The Gazzotti solid wood flooring showroom was opened in line with this trend of the times and reflects consumer feedback.” He added, “Going forward, Gazzotti Korea plans to open a super-sized comprehensive building materials showroom incorporating a wide range of items on the outskirts of Seoul.”
Meanwhile, the Gazzotti Korea showroom is located on the 1st floor of Girin Hills, 661 Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, and operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. 02-540-0886
