Managing an Entire Home with a Single System

Living-environment appliance company Kyungdong Navien participated in 'AIR FAIR 2022 (International Air Industry Exhibition),' held at COEX from January 15 to 17, where it introduced its leading clean ventilation technology that manages the air quality of an entire home with a single system.

'AIR FAIR 2022' is a specialized exhibition featuring companies that offer solutions for improving indoor air quality and the atmospheric environment as well as reducing fine dust. After entering the ventilation business in 2006, Kyungdong Navien continued its ongoing research and development, and in 2019 it launched the 'Navien Clean Ventilation System,' opening a new horizon in the clean ventilation market.

The Clean Ventilation System, a product that achieves air purification and clean ventilation simultaneously, has rapidly emerged as a solution for indoor air quality management. In fact, Kyungdong Navien, which is leading the clean ventilation market, is growing steeply, recording a sales growth rate of 122% as of October last year compared with the same period the previous year. This year, sales are expected to expand not only in B2B but also in B2C, and the company is projected to continue its sustained growth.

At 'AIR FAIR 2022,' Kyungdong Navien exhibited its Clean Ventilation System and the Clean Ventilation System Kitchen Plus, among others. The 'Navien Clean Ventilation System' is a clean filter system equipped with a UV-LED that not only removes ultrafine dust, bacteria, and viruses, but also, through ventilation, eliminates harmful substances that an air purifier cannot remove, such as volatile organic compounds like formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, and radon. In other words, as a system that manages indoor air quality in an integrated way, it satisfies the growing demand for 'fresh air' that has increased since the pandemic.
