They are especially noteworthy as aluminum system windows developed to meet the functional requirements of windows—such as durability, thermal insulation, airtightness, watertightness, and wind pressure resistance—in order to create a comfortable living environment even amid rapidly changing climate conditions.

With a multi-chambered structure that breaks the flow of heat between interior and exterior, a special-material double-extruded gasket, and 47mm triple glazing, the average thermal transmittance across all products is 0.978–0.998 W/㎡·K. Considering that the required window thermal transmittance by region is Central Zone 1 (1300 W/㎡·K or less), Central Zone 2 (1500 W/㎡·K or less), and Southern Zone (1800 W/㎡·K or less), the airtightness and insulation performance are excellent. Window thermal transmittance refers to the amount of heat passing through per unit area of the window; the lower the value, the better the insulation performance.

In addition, the frame-integrated structure for preventing rainwater overflow and the water cap—specially designed with a triple-blocking method—prevent rainwater from entering the interior through osmosis even in heavy wind and rain. When watertightness is low, rain can seep between the window sashes during the rainy season’s heavy downpours, becoming a cause of mold.

The surface is finished with three coats of fluorocarbon paint, so it does not corrode or deform even against sea breezes and salt, various harmful gases, or acid rain—allowing it to be used with confidence even in coastal and industrial-complex areas. Frames come in more than 60 varieties, including black, white, gray, and charcoal, allowing a range of colors to be applied according to consumer preference.

CEO Yeom Hyun-jun said, “We plan to broaden our base beyond the existing premium housing market of townhouses and detached houses, and to expand our market share of domestic aluminum system windows.”
