Free Inspection and Repair Services in Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do
Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jae-beom) announced that it has dispatched an “Emergency Damage Recovery Team” to Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do—the city hardest hit by the super typhoon “Hinnamnor” on September 6—and has been carrying out emergency boiler services since the 7th.
Kiturami Boiler set up a flood recovery camp in front of the Daesong-myeon community service center in Nam-gu, Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do, where flooding damage was severe, and is conducting free inspections and repairs of gas and oil boilers for some 5,000 flooded households across the Ocheon-eup and Daesong-myeon areas of Nam-gu.
Having deployed 10 service personnel, Kiturami Boiler plans to continue its inspection services jointly with local service centers until flood recovery is fully completed, in order to ease the hardships of flood victims even a little.
A company official said, “To help residents of areas affected by typhoons, we organize an emergency damage recovery team every year and carry out prompt inspection services,” adding, “Going forward, we plan to continue practicing sharing management through various support activities, so that we can share in the pain of flood victims and help them overcome their difficulties.”
Meanwhile, because it is very dangerous for consumers to arbitrarily clean and use flooded household gas and oil boilers, they should receive service through a Kiturami Boiler official service center (1588-9000) or the KakaoTalk after-sales service request system.
