Good Company Award Chosen by Women
Developing and Popularizing Eco-Friendly Boilers
Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jae-beom) announced that it was selected as the No. 1 company in the household boiler category for the 21st consecutive year at the awards ceremony for the '24th Good Company Award Chosen by Women Consumers,' held at the Novotel Ambassador Hotel in Dongdaemun, Seoul.
The 'Good Company Award Chosen by Women' is an event that evaluates, selects, and announces companies that have significantly contributed to improving consumers' quality of life through exemplary management activities such as customer satisfaction, mutual growth, environmental protection, and social contribution, all from the perspective of women consumers. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
Kiturami was recognized for contributing to the improvement of consumers' quality of life through customer-oriented management activities, taking the lead in popularizing eco-friendly boilers and enhancing their performance and quality.
Together with the central and local governments, Kiturami has consistently carried out the 'Eco-Friendly Boiler Supply Project' for six years since 2015, supporting the replacement of aging conventional boilers with eco-friendly boilers whose energy-consumption reduction and fine-dust reduction performance have been certified by the Ministry of Environment, thereby contributing to the popularization of eco-friendly boilers.
According to Kiturami, in the 'Eco-Friendly Boiler Supply Project' conducted under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment last year, the company achieved the feat of supplying 130,111 units—36% of the total project volume of 361,266 units.
In addition, to draw consumers' attention to eco-friendly condensing gas boilers this year, Kiturami is holding the 'Kiturami Reverse Condensing Boiler 1 Billion Won Festival,' offering prizes worth a total of 1 billion won—10 million won every day for 100 days—through January 12 of next year.
A Kiturami official said, "We sincerely thank the consumers who have shown us their support and encouragement over the long span of 21 years," adding, "To repay their support, we will continue to introduce products that can enhance customers' quality of life, such as eco-friendly boilers and carbon mats."
