Hugreen, Kumho Petrochemical's building materials brand, has opened a ‘Window & Door A/S Parts Mall’ on the Naver Smart Store for consumers who want to carry out their own installations.
Hugreen opened the parts mall so that any problems that arise while using windows and doors can be resolved simply by replacing a part. It sells consumable parts such as handles, strikers, and locking gears, and also provides installation methods to help consumers with self-installation. With the opening of the parts mall, customers can purchase and replace parts themselves, which is expected to save both cost and time.
Consumer convenience has also been enhanced. The parts mall was set up on the Naver Smart Store, where purchases can be made without signing up for membership, and detailed product images and specifications are provided so that customers can easily find the parts they want.
In addition, since consumers replace the parts themselves, parts replacement guide videos are provided so that parts can be replaced more easily and safely. A replacement guide video has been embedded in each part's detail page to improve customer accessibility, and through the videos customers can check precautions for the parts as well as detailed installation methods.
