16th selection, National Quality Management Convention
Noroo Paint was named an ‘Outstanding Company in Quality Competitiveness’ at the 48th National Quality Management Convention held on November 23 at KINTEX in Ilsan.
Hosted by the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korean Standards Association, the Outstanding Company in Quality Competitiveness program recognizes leading companies that have achieved outstanding results in quality management innovation activities such as quality improvement, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction at industrial sites.
Noroo Paint has realized improvements in both product quality and service quality through the launch of high-performance product lines that integrate advanced technologies such as eco-friendly certified products and white biotechnology. On the basis of these quality management activities, the company earned the honor of being named an outstanding company this time, with objective recognition of its efforts to discover future new growth engines and to actively pursue research and development in the fields of coatings and specialty chemicals.
Named an Outstanding Company in Quality Competitiveness for the 16th time this year, Noroo Paint continues its quality innovation under its four core value principles of objectivity, reliability, eco-friendliness, and customer orientation, and produces and sells a full range of coating products—from architectural, PCM, automotive refinish, and general industrial coatings and paints to the resins that form the basis of paint manufacturing.
In addition, centered on the NOROO R&D Center, the company established Korea’s first paint technology research institute to develop products with global competitiveness, and it holds the largest number of eco-friendly certified products in the paint industry, growing into one of Korea’s leading comprehensive fine chemicals companies.
