Supplier of Italian luxury solid-wood flooring ‘Gazzotti’ and more
Gazzotti Korea Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Jung-ho), a company specializing in imported solid-wood flooring, announced that it has been selected as an outstanding brand in the premium solid-wood flooring category at the ‘Korea Consumer Brand Awards,’ in which five major Korean media outlets participate.
Hosted by the Infra Economic Research Institute and organized by the Asia Brand Institute, the ‘2022 Korea Consumer Brand Awards’ is an event that selects and honors the year’s outstanding brands in each field, sponsored by five media companies: Hobien, MHN Sports, Sports W, Social Value, and World Today.
Outstanding brands are selected through evaluation by a panel of judges composed of experts from fields such as academia and the media, based on activity between January 1 and December 20 of the previous year. In particular, outstanding brands are chosen based on consumer preference with a focus on stability, credibility, and excellence of service.
The awards committee stated that Gazzotti Korea was selected as an outstanding brand at the ‘2022 Korea Consumer Brand Awards’ in recognition of being a brand that earns consumers’ trust through transparent and sound management.
Gazzotti Korea is a flooring specialist that imports and distributes high-end solid-wood flooring, and it is leading the popularization of solid-wood flooring with ‘Gazzotti,’ a 110-year-old Italian luxury solid-wood flooring brand recognized for world-class quality and design, as well as with OEM products. Gazzotti Korea takes the lead in elevating and advancing architectural culture, faithfully fulfilling its responsibilities and role in the flooring industry, and contributing to the creation of a refined residential culture.
Recently, the company has introduced top-tier solid-wood flooring aimed at the high-end market, earning a favorable response from consumers. Among these, Gazzotti ‘Premium’ and ‘Life’ are products launched for customers who want the finest, luxurious, and refined flooring materials.
‘Premium’ solid-wood flooring is characterized by allowing every trait that wood can offer—including large and small knots and cracks with an elegant, soft feel—to be experienced just as it is in the desired space. While preserving the natural look of solid wood, it is installed in an alternating pattern across three widths, from medium to wide, creating a luxurious space without feeling monotonous.
Gazzotti ‘Life’ is a high-end line of wide-plank solid-wood flooring that fits recent trends, characterized by letting the natural grain be felt directly through the wood’s knots and cracks. In particular, product completeness was enhanced through handcraft processing, in which artisans work the wood’s knots and grain by hand, and a natural oil-coating finish.
In addition, Gazzotti Korea has drawn industry attention by expanding and relocating its headquarters to Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, and opening a showroom. The newly relocated showroom is located near Hakdong Station on the Nonhyeon-dong furniture street, where interior trends can be viewed at a glance, improving consumer accessibility. Spanning about 330㎡ (roughly 100 pyeong), it has been designed as an upscale, luxurious space befitting the premium products. The interior of the showroom is largely divided into six zones according to traffic flow, stylishly displaying Gazzotti’s diverse range of solid-wood flooring products.
Meanwhile, Gazzotti Korea took part in the ‘59th MBC Architecture Expo,’ held at the SETEC exhibition hall from February 10 to 13, where it showcased its various products and expanded its points of contact with consumers. At the exhibition, Gazzotti Korea introduced △the original Italian luxury solid-wood flooring ‘Gazzotti,’ △‘Idee & Parquet,’ the essence of Italian handmade solid-wood flooring, △‘FLORA,’ a top product faithful to the fundamentals, and △‘Arte,’ a value-for-money new product, receiving a warm response from visitors.
