16 consecutive years of proven quality competitiveness in the 'Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index'
Bathroom specialist TheEnus (CEO Hong Seung-ryul) announced that it has been named No.1 for the 16th consecutive year in the ceramic tile category of the '2021 Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI),' organized by the Korean Standards Association (KSA).
The Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI) is Korea's only comprehensive quality-satisfaction indicator, published based on surveys of the quality excellence and satisfaction levels reported by consumers who have used a given company's products or services, as well as by experts in those products or services. A distinctive feature of the Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index is that it indexes the various quality factors that consumers actually perceive while using a product or service.
In this Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index evaluation, TheEnus earned outstanding scores across all items of both the 'Usage Quality Index'—comprising performance, reliability, and durability—and the 'Emotional Quality Index'—comprising image, recognition, and novelty—demonstrating its quality excellence and beating out formidable competitors.
In particular, TheEnus's bathroom interior package 'Healing Therapy,' launched earlier this year, drew industry attention with its two tiles—'Sage Green' and 'Orange Terracotta'—both certified for their therapeutic efficacy by the Korea Color Therapy Association. The 'Sage Green' color-type product, which helps relieve tension and restore emotional balance, can be paired with wood-tone upper cabinets and green plants to complete a plant-filled 'planterior' bathroom. The 'Orange Terracotta' type creates a lively, positive bathroom atmosphere through a harmony of orange and yellow-beige colors that convey mental ease and abundance.
