Dojon System Co., Ltd. participated in the ‘48th MBC Architecture Expo’ held at KINTEX this past August, unveiling a wide range of new products to an enthusiastic reception from visitors.
At this exhibition, Dojon System Co., Ltd. presented its multi-folding door, which dramatically improves on the functional shortcomings of conventional folding doors, along with a six-panel sliding door made of solid wood and a glass folding door featuring a new mechanism.
The multi-folding door is a product marketed under the slogan ‘Strong Even Against Sea Breeze,’ specialized in insulation, wind resistance, noise reduction, and design. It is well suited for use in coastal buildings exposed to strong salt air and wind, and its color can be easily applied or replaced to match the interior, so it is expected to win strong support from industry players and consumers alike.
In addition, the company showcased a total of three glass folding doors developed through a technology partnership with Albert Genau, a Turkish system-door manufacturer. The lineup consists of △ ‘Twin Max,’ a glass system that can move to 90 degrees with no restriction on angle; △ ‘Momentum,’ a frameless glass folding door; and △ the Tiara 08 and Tiara 10 products. Twin Max moves freely with no restriction on angle, satisfying both an unobstructed view and airtightness to the point that it seems almost like watching magic.
The six-panel interior sliding door made of solid wood earned praise for its smooth, upscale door movement, offering a glimpse of new possibilities. It is particularly notable for drawing a strong response from actual consumers—homemakers.
The company also presented insect screens and blinds from the renowned brand Heath, which can be applied directly to folding doors.
