Hyundai E&C offers residents one-stop ‘Total Life Care’

Housing services closely tailored to daily life, from move-in through post-move-in living

Hyundai E&C has developed and launched the one-stop ‘THE H Mobile Service Platform,’ tailored to customers’ lifestyles, for residents of THE H communities.

The ‘THE H Mobile Service Platform’ is a mobile application developed exclusively for residents to provide housing services closely tied to daily living—spanning health, culture, education, asset management and food—from the move-in stage through every aspect of post-move-in life.

Through the mobile service platform, residents can use a wide range of services, including notices from the living support center, electronic voting, resident surveys, community facility reservations and payments, and course registration, as well as concierge services such as home cleaning, pet care and the purchase of ready-to-eat meals.

In addition, residents can easily use in-home device control, elevator calling, visitor vehicle reservations, parcel tracking, apartment/community access control, and voice home features. They can also check management fees, review community usage history in real time, and take advantage of data-driven services such as InBody health management information linkage.

Furthermore, in collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company, residents can use Car-to-Home and Home-to-Car services. All of these services can only be used after resident verification through Hyundai E&C’s integrated authentication system, and a key advantage is that a single verification allows continuous use thereafter.

Hyundai E&C has built an integrated mobile service platform capable of continuously providing the housing services customers need in their daily lives, enabling easier and more convenient communication and access to a variety of services. Through the THE H Mobile Service Platform, residents can receive various O2O (Online to Offline) housing services covering community facility use and complex living as a whole.

Since 2020, Hyundai E&C has continuously pursued partnerships with lifestyle service brands in order to expand housing services for residents.

Through partnerships with leading brands—moving/housekeeping services (U-Life), furniture/lighting subscription services (Migong), health management services (GV Cluster), culture/travel services (Hanjin Travel, Frip, Urbanplay), ready-to-eat meal services (Hyundai Green Food), childcare services (Hansol Education), college admissions consulting services (The Tutor Admissions Consulting), pet care services (Pettner), psychological counseling services (Hugmom Hugin), and car-sharing services (SOCAR)—Hyundai E&C offers special benefits exclusive to THE H residents.

Going a step further, Hyundai E&C is opening a new chapter in apartment concierge services by providing premium services through THE H curation, including high-end sports rarely available within a residential complex—such as horseback riding (Golden Saddle), figure skating (Ice House) and water leisure sports (Speed Club)—as well as asset management services (Saljip Paljip, Dasol).

Anytime and anywhere, residents can use community facilities within the complex as well as 17 services across nine categories: △housing/living △health management △culture/travel △food △education/childcare △asset management △pets △psychological counseling △mobility services. The company also plans to provide useful information free of charge through each brand channel and to run special promotions, events and collaborations for residents.

The newly developed ‘THE H Mobile Service Platform’ will first officially open in November at ‘THE H Xi Gaepo,’ the residential complex built by redeveloping Gaepo Jugong Complex 8, and will subsequently be expanded so that residents of all THE H complexes scheduled for move-in can use it.

In the case of THE H Xi Gaepo, the community center within the complex—designed from the early stages of construction—is operated efficiently with minimal operating staff through various sensors and devices, access control systems, and IoT services such as POS and kiosks.

A Hyundai E&C official said, “The launch of the ‘THE H Mobile Service Platform’ is the result of our efforts to elevate residents’ quality of life by expanding from a traditional hardware-centered approach to areas that include software, thereby providing a residential culture that raises living standards to a higher level,” adding, “We will continue to introduce future-oriented housing services that create the value of the home from the customer’s perspective, and going forward we plan to review expanding the platform to all residential complexes built by Hyundai E&C.”
