Royal & Company has newly reopened Royal Bath Mall following a renewal, setting out to leap forward as a comprehensive bathroom lifestyle platform.
Royal announced that it has officially relaunched Royal Bath Mall (www.mall.iroyalbath.com), its official online store. Royal Bath Mall has established a “mall-in-mall” featuring a variety of bathroom brands—an industry first—and plans to offer consumers a wide range of products and services related to bathroom lifestyle.
At Royal Bath Mall, in addition to Royal’s own products, some 30 lifestyle companies have set up shop within the mall-in-mall, enabling direct transactions with consumers. Shoppers can browse a variety of living items—including bathroom brand products from Europe such as KALDEWEI, BORMA, and HANSA—all in one place without having to visit multiple sites, and can make more sensible purchases by comparing product features and prices.
User convenience has also been enhanced with added features such as mileage points accrued on purchases and the ability to request interior estimates and installation directly. An online communication platform has also been created to facilitate communication among the brands in the mall-in-mall and to foster mutual growth.
In addition, Royal Bath Mall is designed in a parallax style that fully conveys Royal’s long history and its emotive yet luxurious brand concept, and it is built as a responsive website that improves ease of use. A new Royal Story section has also been added, where visitors can explore Royal’s 48-year history and its R&D capabilities.
Meanwhile, in October last year Royal opened “Royal Lounge,” the bathroom industry’s first one-stop offline bathroom platform, and it is set to open the nation’s largest premium bathroom outlet in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, in the first half of this year. In 2015, Royal built the “Hwaseong Center,” spanning 99,150㎡ (30,000 pyeong) in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, further strengthening its technological prowess and R&D operations.
