Royal Copenhagen, the Danish royal porcelain brand, has opened a new store at ‘The Hyundai Seoul,’ the largest department store in Seoul.
Located on the 4th floor of ‘The Hyundai Seoul,’ which bills itself as a nature-friendly department store of the future, Royal Copenhagen presents products imbued with the brand’s distinctive craftsmanship and artistic value.
‘Royal Copenhagen The Hyundai Seoul’ features a table setting for eight that lets visitors experience the history and dignity of 246 years of Danish porcelain tradition. From classic designs first created in 1775 to contemporary designs developed in collaboration with present-day artists, handcrafted porcelain pieces can all be viewed in one place. In addition, the store offers customers a special experience through diverse mix-and-match arrangements of plates, bowls on foot, teaware, and other items from signature collections distinguished by their delicate hand-painted patterns.
Royal Copenhagen’s new store showcases lines that embody classic beauty—including ‘Blue Fluted Plain,’ the brand’s first dinnerware and a bestseller, as well as ‘Blue Fluted Half Lace,’ ‘Blue Fluted Full Lace,’ and ‘Princess’—alongside lines that reinterpret classic designs with a modern sensibility, such as ‘Blue Fluted Mega,’ ‘blomst,’ and ‘Hav.’
