Hyundai Livart, the total interior company under the Hyundai Department Store Group, has renovated and reopened 'Livart Kitchen Dogok Showroom (hereinafter the Dogok Showroom),' a specialized kitchen furniture showroom located in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The Dogok Showroom carries a premium concept, having spent three times the usual per-pyeong (about 3.3㎡) interior cost to outfit the store with high-end materials such as imported lighting and eco-friendly paint. In particular, taking into account that purchasing kitchen furniture requires lengthy consultations given the nature of the product, a terrace was created on the second floor so that customers can consult in a comfortable atmosphere. The store scale (two floors) and business area (1,139㎡) remain the same as before.

The first floor displays more than 10 premium products priced at over 10 million won, including the lineups 'Nuvo (Cream, White),' 'Pinot Noir (Dark Gray, Deep Blue),' and 'Authentic (Lobster, Vivace).' These kitchen furniture units are fitted with premium optional products—faucets, hoods, and cooktops (built-in gas and electric ranges)—imported from countries such as the United States, Germany, and Italy. The second floor displays about 10 products, including 'L100,' a reasonably priced new product launched this past January.

Notably, an 82㎡ (about 25 pyeong) showroom for 'Florim Stone,' the Italian premium ceramic brand, will also open within the Dogok Showroom. Going forward, the company plans to display and sell new kitchen furniture products featuring the premium ceramic tile 'Florim Stone' in connection with the showroom. Earlier, Hyundai Livart signed an exclusive domestic import agreement with 'FLORIM,' the Italian ceramic tile manufacturing specialist, for the premium ceramic brand 'Florim Stone.'

A Hyundai Livart official said, "Starting with this Dogok Showroom renewal, we plan to continuously expand differentiated premium-class showrooms in major key commercial districts nationwide," adding, "We will grow our kitchen furniture business by increasing the number of competitive specialized kitchen furniture showrooms going forward."
