Miele Korea, the Korean subsidiary of the German premium home appliance brand Miele, has newly opened the ‘Miele Experience Center Hannam.’
Reflecting the demands of customers who pursue a high-end luxury lifestyle and embodying Miele’s philosophy of leading the premium appliance industry while valuing the customer experience, the Miele Experience Center Hannam has been designed as an experiential space where customers can try out every product firsthand before making a purchase.
Following the Gangnam and Cheongdam centers, the Miele Experience Center Hannam is the third directly operated store unveiled by Miele Korea in the country, and it boasts the second-largest scale after the Gangnam center.
Inside the store, a simple yet intuitive kitchen space has been designed so that visitors can visually experience the most ideal kitchen that Miele seeks to offer. Centered around an island kitchen, built-in kitchen appliances such as an induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher have been installed with consideration for the actual movement flow within a real kitchen.
In addition, Miele products such as washing machines, clothes dryers, coffee machines, and vacuum cleaners are on display, and every product exhibited can be operated before purchase. In particular, ‘MasterCool,’ an ultra-large premium built-in refrigerator that allows customers to combine four types of dedicated refrigerators, freezers, and wine refrigerators to suit their tastes, is also on display in the store, letting visitors see firsthand a perfectly staged space that pairs with top-tier kitchen furniture.
Furthermore, a cooking class just for you, presented by a Miele in-house chef differentiated by the keywords private, customized, and premium, will be held regularly every Friday. It offers an opportunity to experience Miele’s kitchen appliances in even greater depth, as guests can enjoy the cooking process in real time using Miele’s most innovative kitchen appliances, the ‘Generation 7000’ series, and taste the finished dishes.
