Kiturami Boiler focuses on high performance and mass adoption of eco-friendly boilers
Top scores across all five categories, including brand trust, attachment, and repurchase
Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jae-beom) announced that its Kiturami Boiler was named No. 1 in the residential boiler category for the sixth consecutive year in the ‘2022 Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI)’ consumer survey jointly released on the 3rd by Brand Keys, which publishes loyalty indices in 35 countries worldwide, and the Korea Consumer Forum.
The Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI) is characterized by its structured approach to measuring a brand’s customer loyalty through customers’ emotional loyalty, attitudinal loyalty, and switching intention.
The No. 1 brands in each industry sector were selected through an online survey (50%) and one-on-one telephone survey (50%) of domestic consumers aged 15 and older. Conducted over 12 days from March 16 to 27, the survey drew 254,939 participants and totaled 1,315,420 responses.
Kiturami Boiler received the industry’s highest scores in all five survey categories—△brand trust △brand attachment △repurchase intention △intention to recommend to others △switching intention—and recorded a comprehensive score of 24.96 points (out of 35), earning recognition as the nation’s go-to boiler with the No. 1 customer loyalty for the sixth year running.
Focusing on the high performance, mass adoption, and diversification of eco-friendly boilers, Kiturami has continuously introduced new products that raise the thermal efficiency and fine-dust reduction performance of gas boilers while reducing their size and weight, and improving ease of use and safety.
Kiturami’s flagship eco-friendly boiler product, the ‘Geokkuro ECO Condensing L10 Gas Boiler,’ differs from conventional condensing boilers that use two heat exchangers to boost thermal efficiency. Instead, it applies an integrated heat exchanger that combines the primary and secondary heat exchangers into one, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 92% while reducing the product’s size by up to 24% compared to previous models.
In particular, its nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission concentration is at a level of 8–12 ppm, far below the Ministry of Environment’s certification standard of 20 ppm. Its flame control capability is also more than twice as good as previous models, continuously supplying hot water at a consistent temperature without temperature fluctuations—not only when delivering large volumes of hot water but also when using small amounts.
In addition, it features a built-in dual safety system consisting of a gas leak detector and an earthquake sensor unique to Kiturami Boiler, allowing use without worry about safety accidents caused by earthquakes or gas leaks inside the boiler.
