Kiturami Boiler earns the industry's highest scores across every category

Leading the popularization of high-performance, high-quality eco-friendly boilers

Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jae-beom) announced that in the consumer survey results of the '2023 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards' jointly published by Brand Keys, one of the top 10 brand evaluation agencies in the United States, and the Korea Consumer Forum, Kiturami Boiler was selected as No. 1 in the residential boiler category for the seventh consecutive year.

Kiturami Boiler earned the industry's highest scores across all detailed survey items of the Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI) — △brand trust △brand attachment △repurchase intention △intention to recommend to others △switching intention — and took first place with a total score of 27.19 points, earning recognition for its unrivaled customer loyalty.

Since developing and distributing modern residential boilers in the 1960s, Kiturami has faithfully built consumer trust over its half-century of business by leading the evolution of the residential boiler industry — from briquette boilers and oil boilers to gas boilers and eco-friendly boilers.

As reducing carbon emissions and practicing energy conservation have emerged as global challenges, Kiturami is leading the popularization of high-performance, high-quality eco-friendly boilers, contributing to the innovation of heating culture and the resolution of the climate crisis.

'Geokkuro NEW Condensing L10 Gas Boiler,' a flagship eco-friendly product, delivers a comfortable daily life by combining advanced heating and hot-water functions with the latest IT technology.

As a storage-type product that carries on Kiturami's traditional downward-burning boiler, it delivers performance optimized for ondol (radiant floor) heating. It can achieve rapid heating even in environments where heat conduction is difficult, such as engineered flooring, marble floors, and large homes.

Hot-water quality has also been improved with the 'Smart Hot Water Function,' which utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and a big-data system. The AI learns the user's hot-water usage patterns by time of day on its own, then preheats the heat exchanger before the anticipated usage time to supply hot water quickly.

In addition, it is equipped with a premium Internet of Things (IoT) indoor thermostat, allowing users to check the boiler's status and control its operation anytime, anywhere via smartphone.

Beyond this, Kiturami is expanding its customer touchpoints by presenting a diverse product lineup that leads trends in the residential heating and cooling market — such as third-generation carbon-mat ondol and window-type air conditioners — in response to increasingly diverse consumer demand.

A Kiturami Boiler official said, "As a pioneer among Korea's residential boiler brands, we are grateful that our long-standing efforts to innovate heating culture have translated into our customers' steadfast support and trust," adding, "We will devote ourselves even more to advancing eco-friendly boilers while maintaining our reputation as the nation's boiler brand by providing products and services that meet a wide range of customer needs."
