Hanssem provides a variety of gifts—including lodging vouchers, storage-moving vouchers, cleaning vouchers and department store vouchers—to customers who sign a Rehaus package construction contract worth 10 million won or more at a Rehaus large showroom. Depending on the contract amount, customers can choose up to four desired services from the various options.
First, ‘lodging vouchers’ for hotels, pensions, glamping and more are provided during the construction period, so customers can rest and recharge while their home renovation is underway.
Along with this, ‘storage-moving vouchers’ are provided so that all belongings can be cleared out of the home to allow replacement of flooring, wallpaper and more. The service covers everything from moving and storing belongings to returning them to their original places once construction is complete. In addition, ‘cleaning vouchers’ help relieve the worry of move-in cleaning after construction.

First, the 3-day construction package consists of four processes: kitchen, bathroom, doors and interior sliding doors. Simply replacing the kitchen and bathroom delivers a big interior effect, and because customers don’t need to arrange separate accommodation, this package is expected to be most popular among customers carrying out ‘live-in construction.’
The 5-day construction package is a value-oriented package consisting of a total of seven processes, adding built-in closets, flooring and an entryway cabinet to the 3-day package.
