Samsung Electronics is officially reopening 'Dacor House,' a space where visitors can experience the luxury built-in appliance brand 'Dacor,' following the completion of its renovation.
Dacor House first opened in May 2019 on the 4th and 5th floors of Samsung Digital Plaza's Samsung Daechi flagship store. Now in its fourth year, it has been transformed into a space where visitors can experience not only Dacor but also the 'BESPOKE Infinite' product lineup.
Dacor is a storied luxury built-in appliance brand that began in California, USA, in 1948. It offers the ideal option for consumers who want 'True Built-in' appliances perfectly integrated with their kitchen cabinetry.
The BESPOKE Infinite lineup, launched in February 2022, emphasizes a premium experience for a broader range of consumers while delivering an easy-to-install 'Built-in Look.'
In line with the growing trend of consumers investing actively in their kitchens, Samsung Electronics plans to offer premium appliances tailored to consumer lifestyles through the luxury brand Dacor and the super-premium BESPOKE Infinite lineup.
The 'Dacor Zone' on the 4th floor of Dacor House showcases the aesthetics of perfect built-in appliances, harmonizing Dacor appliances with premium kitchen furniture brands including △Bulthaup △Boffi △Poggenpohl △Dada △SieMatic △LEICHT.
The Infinite Zone on the 5th floor was newly created through a collaboration with furniture designer Moon Seung-ji. Designer Moon created a space based on the 'Blended Floor' concept, which realizes the connection between space and time using morning and evening as its motif. The zone is composed of two themes and four corners: 'Morning Calm,' evoking the tranquility of the morning, and 'Evening Chill,' with its appealing sense of evening comfort.
Samsung Electronics has expanded its Dacor business centered on the B2B (business-to-business) market, including domestic premium mixed-use residential apartments and resorts. Representative examples include △Nine One Hannam △Yongpyong Resort Apolis Con △Seoul Forest Acro Forest △Walkerhill Podo Ville △Pangyo The Divine △Raemian Leaders One △Raemian One Bailey △Busan Marina Penthouse.
Dacor House is open for free viewing from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Visitors who make a reservation in advance can take advantage of a tour program service led by a professional consultant. Dacor products can be purchased at Samsung Digital Plaza and department stores nationwide. In addition, customers can receive Dacor's differentiated service through Samsung Electronics Service.
