IKEA Korea Launches Promotional Event
Product discounts through February 21
Home furnishing retailer IKEA Korea is running its 'An Exciting New Semester, a New Beginning' event, offering 15% off a wide range of home-school and home-office products, through February 21.
This event was designed to help the many people preparing for an exciting fresh start—students, office workers and others—create learning spaces filled with joy. Home furnishing solutions for outfitting a space tailored to each individual's study and work style—including desks, chairs and storage units—are being offered to 'IKEA Family' members at a 15% discount. These benefits are available at all IKEA Korea stores (Gwangmyeong, Goyang, Giheung and Dongbusan), on the official online store and mobile app, and through 'Hej Order,' the remote ordering service that accepts orders by phone, chat and text message.
Featured products in the event include: ▲the IVAR shelving unit with a variety of storage functions; ▲the PÅHL desk, whose height adjusts across three levels so it can grow with your child; ▲the DALRIPA bookcase, at just the right height for children to find and take out items on their own; ▲the FORSÅ reading lamp with an adjustable light angle; and ▲the PLÖJA desk pad, which helps guard against stains.
IKEA is also sharing ideas for decorating a room for the new semester. At each brick-and-mortar store, free workshops for IKEA Family members introduce home furnishing solutions for creating an efficient study environment for children. On 'IKEA Live,' the live-commerce program hosted on IKEA Korea's official online store, home furnishing tips and products are presented around the themes of creating an enjoyable learning space and designing interiors conducive to studying.
