Stanley Black & Decker Korea has held a ‘Roadshow’ touring major tool shopping districts and dealerships across the country to mark the 175th anniversary of ‘STANLEY,’ its specialized tool brand.

This ‘175th Anniversary Stanley Roadshow’ ran through June 28, visiting a total of eight major tool shopping districts and sales dealerships nationwide, including the Seoul metropolitan area as well as Gwangju, Busan, Daegu and Cheonan. Key programs included product demonstrations, a coffee truck, and giveaways of commemorative gifts.

At the product exhibition and demonstration zone, visitors could try out major products firsthand, including power tools and hand tools such as two new multi-line laser models and the Cubix line laser. A coffee truck was also operated, offering every booth visitor a complimentary beverage of their choice. In addition, customers who purchased 10,000 won or more of Stanley products that day received ‘Stanley cool sleeves,’ handy for use both at the worksite and in everyday life.

The roadshow held from June 18 to 20 at the Sihung distribution complex of Guro Cheonwang Gonggu Juan Sangsa drew around 500 customers and received a strong response. It then continued by region: △the Cheonho-dong Tool Street on June 21, △the Gwangju Rio Building Materials & Tools Department Store on June 25, △the Busan Sasang Complex on June 26, △the Daegu General Distribution Complex on June 27, and △Cheonan Dooil Gongu on June 28.
