Braille stickers and guide
Kiturami Boiler Customer Center

Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Hak-soo) is offering a ‘Free Replacement Service for Indoor Thermostats for the Visually Impaired’ to improve the convenience of boiler use for visually impaired people.
To apply for the free replacement service for indoor thermostats for the visually impaired, customers can contact the Kiturami Boiler Customer Center. After the application is received, an installation technician visits each home to install the indoor thermostat for the visually impaired and attach customized Braille stickers free of charge, and also provides a Braille guide.
The indoor thermostat for the visually impaired (NCTR-60V) is made with all buttons raised in a convex shape so that their positions can be easily located and pressed. When each button is pressed, the corresponding function—such as heating, hot water, reservation, away, and ondol—is announced by voice, helping visually impaired users operate the device accurately.
A voice guide that explains in detail the names and locations of each part of the indoor thermostat and how to use it is also available. The voice guide can be accessed in the ‘Indoor Thermostat’ section of the Kiturami Boiler website or in the ‘Home Appliances’ section of the ‘Seoul Consumer Goods Information Center’ website.
A Kiturami Boiler official said, “We have designed the product and service so that visually impaired people can make use of Kiturami Boiler’s various functions without difficulty in their daily lives,” adding, “Going forward, we will devote our full efforts to improving product accessibility and convenience features so that customers can enjoy a smart and comfortable daily life without limitations due to age, environment, or disability.”
