inus's Im Si-wan emoticons feature characters that express emotions and various situations easily used in everyday life, wittily depicted alongside inus products, in order to connect with customers in a more approachable way.
The inus emoticons can be downloaded by up to 20,000 people, who can obtain them by searching for 'inus' in KakaoTalk's friend search and adding inus as a 'Plus Friend.' The downloaded emoticons can be used for 90 days.
In addition, registering as an inus KakaoTalk Plus Friend allows customers to receive product purchase discount coupons and news about various events. An inus official said, "We hope that as many customers use the emoticons, they will feel a greater sense of familiarity with inus products."
