Q4 vs. Q3 2023 sales performance up 730% in the Seoul metropolitan area
Total interior brand Yerim announced that sales have grown significantly following the launch in the second half of last year of ‘StepDoor,’ a product developed in collaboration with the popular interior YouTube channel Interior Show.
Yerim's StepDoor recorded an increase of approximately 680% in Q4 2023 sales compared to Q3 2023, and it achieved especially notable results in the Seoul metropolitan area, where sales rose about 730%.
Since its launch, StepDoor has been capturing consumer interest with its refined design that reflects the minimalist lifestyle trend and its convenient installation. The product offers even simpler installation through an innovative method in which an upper header is inserted into and joined with the left and right door frames, while the door extends vertically all the way up to the ceiling, creating a more open and stable-feeling space. In addition, the ‘Fire-Retardant Design Louver’ product launched this past December also recorded high sales right from launch, surging more than 118% compared to the previous month. The ‘Fire-Retardant Design Louver’ is a wall panel product that allows for wall interior finishing as easily as a temba board, adding a fire-retardant function to the existing design louver.
A Yerim official said, “As consumer interest in interior materials rises, products with elevated design elements like StepDoor are gaining great popularity,” adding, “Yerim will continue to keep a close eye on the rapidly changing interior trends and consistently introduce products that consider user convenience.”
