Yale Interior School announced that it will provide interior expert training for Zipdoc, a company specializing in interior comparison-quote brokerage services.

This interior expert training was planned as part of the recently introduced reinforcement of Zipdoc's one-on-one dedicated manager system, aimed at strengthening the interior knowledge of individual customer service consultants so they can respond more professionally to a wide range of interior customer inquiries.

As part of its interior expert training content, Yale Interior School will teach specific topics including overall interior process management, methods for preparing documents such as contracts, quotations, and specifications, and customer consultation. In particular, Yale Interior School CEO Lee Jin will personally lecture on interior on-site terminology, quotation examples from various interior companies, and construction-related matters.

This interior expert training course will run for a total of eight weeks, conducted for three hours every Tuesday for Zipdoc employees at Zipdoc's headquarters office in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu.

Zipdoc CEO Park Sung-min said, "We introduced this interior training to strengthen the expertise of our headquarters staff, who handle some 5,000 interior quote inquiries every month," adding, "Going forward, we will do our best to ensure that Zipdoc headquarters staff and partner companies can provide better service to customers."

Yale Interior School CEO Lee Jin said, "As it is becoming an established fact that Korea's housing industry will see the remodeling market expand rather than new construction going forward, interior expert training that meets market demands is essential through cultivating experts equipped with overall planning and management capabilities for home remodeling," adding, "Through this training course, we hope to contribute to the stable development of the related industry."
