Kumho Petrochemical's 'Hugreen'

Kumho Petrochemical (CEO Baek Jong-hoon) announced that it has introduced an online 'self-service quote and installation consultation service' for its building materials brand Hugreen.
On the Hugreen website, customers can enter the dimensions they have measured themselves for each location—such as the living room, bedroom, or kitchen—and select the type of windows they need, after which a detailed quote for window installation is provided.
In addition, through the installation consultation request service, customers can select the windows they want and then enter details such as their type of residence, installation environment, and construction schedule to consult with a professional installation advisor remotely. Following the consultation, on-site measurement and installation can also be arranged as needed.
Until now, window shoppers have had to go through the inconvenience of personally visiting multiple companies to request quotes. Going forward, however, customers are expected to be able to use Hugreen's 'self-service quote and installation consultation service' online and receive the services they want without constraints of time or place.
Heo Kwon-wook, head of Kumho Petrochemical's Building Materials Division, said, "We introduced the online self-service quote and non-face-to-face consultation service to enhance customer convenience in the post-COVID era," adding, "Hugreen will always respond proactively to customers' new demands."
