Winche has once again demonstrated its competitiveness in the B2B market by winning a series of window installation contracts for large-scale apartment complexes located in the Songdo New City in Incheon and Gochon in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province.

Winche will supply ‘TF-282H,’ Korea’s top-of-the-line double window, to the large apartment complex ‘Songdo Centopia The Sharp’ located in Block A1 of District 8 of Songdo International City in Incheon, and to the first phase of ‘Gimpo Singok Castle Familie City,’ a newly built apartment complex in the Gimpo Singok District 6 in Singok-ri, Gochon-eup, Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province.

‘Songdo Centopia The Sharp,’ which Winche secured, is a large apartment complex newly built with 25 buildings spanning two basement floors and 38 above-ground floors, totaling 3,100 households. The first phase of ‘Gimpo Singok Castle Familie City’ is a large-scale apartment complex newly built with a total of 26 buildings spanning two basement floors and 16 above-ground floors, totaling 1,872 households.

The ‘TF-282H,’ which Winche plans to apply to the living rooms, kitchens, and other spaces of all households at ‘Songdo Centopia The Sharp’ and ‘Gimpo Singok Castle Familie City,’ is a top-of-the-line system double window. It applies a sliding window on the inside and a system window on the outside, significantly enhancing the five key window functions such as insulation, watertightness, and airtightness.

In addition, this compensates for the sound insulation shortcomings often cited as a weakness of single sliding windows, reducing noise by approximately 48 decibels (dB). Furthermore, its elevation-split design, which divides the window into upper and lower sections, combined with a slim frame, secures an expansive view.

Beyond this, Winche recorded contracts for more than 15,000 households in major construction companies’ apartments in the first half of the year alone—including POSCO E&C’s ‘Busan Myeongji The Sharp,’ Daelim Industrial’s ‘e-Pyeonhan Sesang Yangju New City Phase 4,’ Daebang Construction’s ‘Hyocheon District Daebang Noble Land,’ Daewoo E&C’s ‘Godeok Central Prugio,’ Kolon Global’s ‘Seosan Kolon Lake View,’ Hanjin Heavy Industries’ ‘Namyangju Jigeum-Donong District Haemoro,’ and Hyosung’s ‘Pyeongtaek Jukbaek Pyeongtaek Sosabeol Hyosung Harrington Court’—confirming its strength as one of Korea’s top four PVC window brands.

A Winche official said, “Continuously winning large-scale apartment contracts is possible because Winche has built long-standing trust with major construction companies in the B2B market and has had its excellent product quality recognized,” adding, “We will continue to strive to showcase Winche windows not only in the premium apartment market but also across various fields.”

Meanwhile, Winche is the only domestic window manufacturing brand to have established a thorough quality management system through an integrated system in which the head office manages the entire process—from raw material production to installation and after-sales service.

Last year, the company expanded its business scope by entering the B2C market targeting general consumers, and it successfully established itself through the competitive advantages of the brand recognition it built in the B2B market and its integrated head-office system.
