Encie has opened its ‘Busan Branch’ logistics center in Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, holding an opening ceremony on May 3. This ‘Busan Logistics Center’ is the company’s third logistics center, following the large-scale logistics centers established last year with the opening of the ‘Gyeongin Branch’ in Seoun-dong, Incheon, and the ‘Jungbu Branch’ in Hanam, Gyeonggi. It was planned to smoothly supply Encie products to consumers and retail dealers in regions outside the Seoul metropolitan area in line with the strengthening of the company’s B2C business. In addition, by opening a logistics center in Busan, the company has achieved effects such as reduced logistics transit time and lower transportation costs in the Gyeongnam region.
Encie’s ‘Busan Branch’ logistics center is located in Daejeo 1-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, at the junction where the Namhae Expressway and the Jungang Expressway meet. Its building area is approximately 760㎡ (230 pyeong), and the land area reaches approximately 3,000㎡ (885 pyeong). It also features warehouses for auxiliary and reinforcement materials centered on its flagship product, PVC window sash profiles, strengthening not only the delivery and storage of logistics but also material management.
An Encie official said, “As Encie is receiving a great deal of interest from consumers through the strengthening of its B2C business, we hope that the opening of the Busan Branch logistics center will raise satisfaction among consumers and client companies in many regions.”
