Enche Introduces Industry-First '12-Year Free Warranty on Windows and Doors'

Enche has become the first in the industry to introduce a '12-year free warranty on windows and doors,' offering the longest quality warranty period in Korea.

Since this past March, Enche has provided a 12-year quality warranty to customers who individually purchase and install windows and doors through its head office. Not only does the head office directly warrant all of Enche's window and door products—rather than only specific items—but customers can also enjoy the basic quality warranty for up to 12 years without having to go through complicated procedures such as separately registering on the website after installation.

Through this quality warranty program, Enche covers defects that may occur in any component of its windows and doors. The main body is eligible for a 12-year free warranty, while hardware and auxiliary materials are each warranted for 2 years and glass for up to 1 year. Enche plans to specify the product defects and quality faults that can occur in each part of a window or door—such as deformation and warping of the window, malfunctioning of the opening and closing mechanism, breakage of hardware, deformation and loss of airtight materials, and moisture problems inside double-pane glass—and to provide differentiated benefits accordingly.
