Eugene Home Center held its fourth-quarter 2021 'Town Hall Meeting' over two days, on December 6 and 7.

Aimed at successfully wrapping up the year and actively strengthening communication between management and employees, this fourth-quarter 'Town Hall Meeting' was held online amid the recent sharp surge in COVID-19 cases. It marked Eugene Home Center's third town hall meeting, following those held this past February and May.

The event proceeded in the following order: 'Awards for Outstanding Stores and Outstanding Employees of November,' 'Reporting of 2021 Results and Announcement of the 2022 Business Plan,' 'Q&A for communication among executives and staff,' and 'Introduction of Outstanding Improvement Cases at Each Store.'

First, the Geumcheon store, which successfully achieved its sales target, and the Nowon store, which was rated a CS Excellence Store in the mystery shopper evaluation, were selected as the outstanding stores for 2021. In addition, a total of seven people, including an employee of the Toegyewon store, earned the honor of being named Outstanding Employees for November.

To boost employee morale, Park Joo-hyung, Managing Director of Eugene Home Center, visited the Geumcheon store on the 6th and the Nowon store on the 7th, personally delivering congratulatory messages to the employees.

Next, the company looked back on its 2021 performance and, based on this, announced its business plan for the successful pursuit of business in 2022. In addition, to promote active communication among executives and staff, the company conducted a Q&A on questions submitted in advance and also held a session to introduce outstanding improvement cases from each store for the development of all stores.
