EAGON Industrial Co., Ltd. took part in the '2018 Seoul Kyunghyang Housing Fair,' the largest-scale architectural exhibition, held over four days from the 5th to the 8th at the COEX exhibition hall.
At this exhibition, EAGON Flooring presented a distinctive London-style interior solution under the theme 'Color & Quirky' through the Living Sense special exhibition hall. Together with the magazine Living Sense, star interior designer Noh Jin-sun, and the brand Run Paynew, it introduced a space with a lifestyle that was luxuriously styled yet unique and full of personality. The exhibition booth, where visitors could experience the products firsthand, featured EAGON Flooring's Cara Texture Brown Oak and Cara Texture Smoke Oak.
EAGON Flooring's top-of-the-line premium natural wood flooring, Cara Texture, is a natural wood floor made of a high-grade solid wood veneer more than 2mm thick and 11mm-thick birch plywood. With a texture and feel that preserve the natural essence of wood, it has earned the nickname 'luxury flooring' among architects and designers.
Cara Texture boasts shock absorption, elasticity, and a comfortable walking feel thanks to its surface layer of solid wood made up of 3 to 7 plies. It comes in 13 diverse wood species, ranging from Golden Oak, which creates a cozy space, to Teak Natural, which embodies the beauty and refinement of time, and Grey Wash Oak, which adds a touch of sophistication.
Another strength is that EAGON Industrial, which has handled flooring for over 30 years, manages the entire manufacturing process to meet the highest quality standards. EAGON Flooring has obtained the top eco-friendly material grade (SE0), with formaldehyde emissions at or below the standard of 0.3mg/L, so it can be used without concern about harmful substances. Compared with other solid wood floors, it is more resistant to denting, pressing, and scratching, giving the product high practicality and durability, and its excellent surface properties and processing precision minimize problems such as gaps opening up or boards becoming misaligned after installation.
