Win-Win Management and Shared Growth

EAGON Windows, a company specializing in system windows and doors, held its ‘2024 EAGON Windows Dealer Meeting’ on March 7 at the EAGON House showroom located in Seogyo-dong, Seoul.
The meeting was arranged to strengthen win-win cooperation between the head office and its dealers and to share the company's vision. Attendees included EAGON Windows CEO Choi Gyu-hwan and other head office officials, as well as the presidents of some 30 dealers from across the country, including Intech Window System Co., Ltd., Wintech System Co., Ltd., and H-One Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, EAGON Windows shared its management goals, business strategies, market trends, and sales direction for the year with the dealer presidents, and discussed head office support measures for achieving shared growth with its dealers. In addition, as a key business strategy for the year, the company announced that it would partially revamp its brand policy to solidify its standing in the premium window and door market, and introduced new products set to be launched. The gathering also provided an opportunity for dealers to share the challenges they actually face in the field and to explore solutions together.
Alongside the meeting, the company selected its Best and Outstanding Dealers and presented them with plaques of appreciation. Named Best Dealers for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023 were Intech Window System, Wintech System, and H-One, while Nano Engineering, Changjak System, and Korea Window System were named Outstanding Dealers for two consecutive years. Outstanding Dealers for 2022 were GS System Window, Pax Engineering, GP Total System, and Sansung System Window, while Outstanding Dealers for 2023 were KS International, Bymi, Hanaro Window, and Darwin.
A EAGON Windows official said, “We extend our gratitude to the dealer representatives who worked hard to achieve meaningful results with a common goal even amid the difficult environment of a deteriorating building-materials market caused by the construction slump. This year as well, we will continue to make our best efforts and provide support so that the head office and dealers can strengthen cooperation, work through challenges together, and grow side by side.”
