‘inus bath,’ the bathroom-remodeling specialty brand of IS Dongseo Co., Ltd. (IS Dongseo, CEO Kwon Min-seok), a comprehensive construction and building-materials company, has released the results of a satisfaction survey conducted among 1,000 customers who had their bathrooms remodeled by inus bath in the first half of the year.

According to the survey, the service that customers were most satisfied with during an inus bath bathroom remodel was protective covering work (67%). Protective covering work is carried out before construction to prevent furniture and home interiors from being damaged during the work.

When asked what they liked about the bathroom remodeling work, ‘construction and inspection by bathroom experts’ ranked highest at 43%. This was followed by kind explanations in response to customer questions (26%), cleaning up the surrounding area after the work (20%), and posting a construction notice (11%).

Most of the top-ranked responses in the survey can be seen to relate to meticulous pre- and post-construction management and customer service. These results show that inus bath has strived not only to thoroughly manage construction techniques and quality, but also to think one step further from the customer's perspective and minimize the inconvenience caused by construction.

To the question ‘Would you recommend inus bath to your family or acquaintances?’, 79% of respondents answered ‘yes.’ The fact that 8 out of 10 customers who had work done are willing to recommend the brand to those around them proves that inus bath is recognized by consumers as a bathroom brand with high post-construction satisfaction and reliability.

An inus bath official said, “We conducted the inus bath satisfaction survey in order to listen to our customers' voices and provide better service,” adding, “We are very grateful to have achieved such good results thanks to inus bath customers being satisfied with the brand. Going forward, we will continue to work hard to achieve 100% brand satisfaction by considering and thinking from the consumer's perspective.”
