inus bath, the bathroom remodeling specialty brand of IS Dongseo (IS Dongseo, CEO Kwon Min-seok), a comprehensive construction and building-materials company, has announced its sales results for bathroom remodeling packages in the second half of 2019. Along with this, it also revealed the ranking of the bathroom remodeling packages that received the most love from consumers over the past half year.
According to inus bath's disclosure of the online sales status of its bathroom remodeling packages last year, the brand recorded a growth rate of 155% compared to its first-half sales results. This achievement reflects the strengths of inus bath—which produces all of its bathroom products in-house and provides thorough after-sales care—as the bathroom remodeling market expands and a growing number of consumers seek excellent quality, design, installation, and A/S service.
Based on the second-half 2019 sales results, a tally of individual sales volumes for bathroom remodeling products sold online showed that the ‘Comfort Stone’ product ranked first with 15.7%, the ‘Bianco Stone’ product ranked second with 14.7%, and the ‘Maron Stone’ product ranked third with 14.1%. The ‘Earth Gray’ product came in fourth with a 6.9% share.
‘Comfort Stone,’ which took first place in sales, is a basic-type bathroom that goes well with any bathroom, offering a comfortable, never-tiresome style through the harmony of ivory and olive gray colors. With its clean design combined with a reasonable price, it received the greatest love from consumers.
Following Comfort Stone, ‘Maron Stone’ took second place. It is a model in which warm-toned wall tiles and floor tiles make the bathroom look clean and spacious. The bright ivory wall tiles are enhanced with brown-toned accent patterns, removing any plainness and adding sophistication. It is a product perfectly suited to a soft, bright bathroom design.
‘Bianco Stone,’ which took third place by a narrow margin behind second, is a luxurious-feeling bathroom characterized by marble-pattern tiles. Bright matte wall tiles contrast with deep-colored floor tiles to create an elegant atmosphere like a hotel bathroom. Many consumers chose it because it allows the use of marble-textured tiles at a reasonable price.
‘Earth Gray,’ whose charm lies in its calm feel, was tallied at fourth place. It uses gray stone tiles favored by all age groups, creating an even more luxurious and stylish bathroom. In addition, it gained popularity as a product with great value for money, thanks to bathroom components that are luxurious relative to the price, such as a skirted toilet and washbasin and a shelf-type rain shower faucet.
All four products are stone-series design bathrooms that bring out the texture and feel of nature. It is interpreted that many consumers sought them out under the influence of last year's design trend of expressing eco-friendly elements.
An inus bath official said, “In the first half of 2020, the trends of naturalistic interiors and eco-friendly design are expected to continue their popularity following last year,” adding, “We will continue to develop products with diverse designs that meet consumers' needs, and further strive to satisfy consumers as the industry's leading brand that drives trends.”
