Club Certification Ceremony Held
KCC (CEO Chung Mong-jin) has significantly expanded its membership of the ‘e-MAX Club Prime Distributor,’ a group of distributors with superior window and door quality, and held a certification ceremony in an effort to enhance consumer satisfaction and trust.
The certification ceremony was attended by around 40 people, including 19 member companies and KCC officials, and involved not only the presentation of certifications but also discussions on measures to continuously improve window and door quality. At the event, Kim Hyun-geun, head of KCC's Building Materials Business Division, explained the segmentation of e-MAX Club grades and the establishment of a computerized quality evaluation system, both being pursued to strengthen quality management.
In particular, he emphasized ‘Klenze,’ the premium window and door brand launched in 2021 in response to consumer demand for high-end windows and doors, and announced plans to select specialized distributors this year to launch and operate a separate Klenze e-MAX Club.
The Distribution e-MAX Club is a network operated directly by KCC for distributors with superior window and door quality, allowing consumers to receive the highest quality and finest service through member companies without any separate verification process.
Distribution e-MAX Club member companies, selected through a rigorous screening process, possess facilities that exceed KCC's required standards and use only raw and subsidiary materials certified by KCC, thereby enhancing consumer trust and satisfaction with top-quality products. In addition, through regular training conducted at the headquarters, they continuously improve and develop products in the direction customers want. In particular, because certification is revoked if quality and service standards are not met even after certification has been obtained, consumers can make purchases without worrying about after-sales service and other follow-up support.
