Consecutive Participation in the Korea Architecture Fair and the Hyundai E&C Technology Expo

Displaying Mimmetic Wood Board, the Water-Resistant Non-Combustible Mimmetic Stone Board, and More

Inmok Co., Ltd. accelerated its push into the domestic B2B building-materials market by participating in succession in the ‘Korea Architecture Fair (KAFF) 2024,’ held at COEX in Seoul, and the ‘Hyundai E&C Technology Expo 2024,’ held at Hyundai E&C’s Gye-dong headquarters.

At these exhibitions, Inmok promoted its major products, including natural wood veneer as well as its digital-printing-based lineup: △Mimmetic Wood Board, △the water-resistant non-combustible Mimmetic Stone Board, and △the waterproof, non-combustible Mimmetic Outdoor Board.

At the Korea Architecture Fair 2024, the company also took part in a building-materials presentation session, where it introduced its wood veneer and Mimmetic products. Among the exhibits, the non-combustible, waterproof ‘Mimmetic Outdoor Board,’ which boasts outstanding impact resistance and durability, drew great interest from professionals at architecture and design firms by reflecting the demands of customers seeking diverse designs and differentiation. In particular, at this event the Mimmetic Wood Board ‘Frise Oak’ was applied as furniture and wall paneling inside ‘MINO,’ the high-quality modular construction brand of Heerim Architects & Planners.

Meanwhile, at the Hyundai E&C Technology Expo 2024, the Mimmetic Stone Board was selected to participate in the Smart Living Products category. Some 270 companies in the fields of construction, materials, and equipment applied to take part in the Hyundai E&C Technology Expo 2024, and Hyundai E&C ultimately selected 70 companies following a professional review.

Hyundai E&C offered participating companies a range of benefits, including registration as a Hyundai E&C partner company, opportunities to take part in procurement consultation sessions, and design-review consideration for on-site application. Inmok operated a separate procurement consultation booth during the event, actively communicating with participating companies about concrete commercialization plans.

An Inmok official said, “Demand for Mimmetic interior and exterior materials is rising sharply thanks to their differentiated design and superior performance—featuring ultra-high resolution of 1200 dpi, realism, diverse designs, and large-format capability,” adding, “Reflecting the recent demand for water-resistant, non-combustible products in the domestic B2B building-materials market, we will continue to introduce not only the Stone Board but also water-resistant, fire-resistant boards such as OSB (Oriented Strand Board) and FSB (Fine Strand Board), as well as other water-resistant, non-combustible alternatives.”
