LG Hausys (CEO Min Kyung-jip) has opened LG Z:IN interior pop-up stores inside major LG Electronics Best Shop locations nationwide, running a free interior consultation event.
The pop-up stores were set up to enhance shopping convenience for customers purchasing interior products and home appliances at the same time. From June through November, the pop-up stores were held at LG Electronics Best Shop locations including the Yatap, Dunsan Jungang Main, Pyeongchon, Hwanggeum Main, Centum, Dangye, Hwamyeong, Jinju City Hall, and Seohyeon stores.
The pop-up stores displayed samples of LG Hausys' premium materials, such as windows and doors and flooring, allowing customers to examine them firsthand. Since visitors could directly compare materials while also receiving free consultation services from experts, the stores drew a steady stream of people planning remodeling projects.
In addition, to celebrate the opening of the pop-up stores, LG Hausys held a variety of events for visiting customers. First, customers who signed interior contracts received various gifts, such as the LG Pra.L LED Mask and the LG Pra.L Cleanser, depending on their purchase amount. Customers using House Life financial products received discount benefits of up to 2.6 million won, and those who purchased LG Z:IN interior products and then purchased LG Electronics home appliances received additional discount benefits. On top of this, an event was held in which customers who visited a store for a free consultation and simply filled out a consultation card received a premium tumbler, adding to the customer benefits.
Meanwhile, LG Hausys is expanding its points of contact with consumers to enhance shopping convenience. In this regard, the company has opened LG Z:IN interior stores selling total interior products in a shop-in-shop format at LG Electronics Best Shops nationwide, establishing a new distribution channel where customers can purchase both interior products and home appliances in one stop.
An LG Hausys official said, "This pop-up store received a positive response from customers, as they could conveniently encounter home appliances and interior products in one place along with a variety of benefits," adding, "LG Hausys will continue its efforts to enhance customers' shopping convenience going forward."
