The Korea Standard-Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI) survey is a quality measurement metric that evaluates consumer satisfaction with products and services. It comprehensively analyzes product performance, reliability, durability, usability, and awareness among consumers and experts who have actual purchase and usage experience.
In this survey, Coway earned the highest quality satisfaction scores in the water purifier rental category and the furniture-style massage chair category, respectively, earning it the No. 1 ranking.
In the water purifier rental category, products including the Icon water purifier series received excellent evaluations.
