Transparent price comparison through smart, reverse-auction quotes
One-stop window and door purchasing, right down to reasonable installation

KCC has unveiled an O2O (Online-to-Offline) platform that lets customers obtain installation at reasonable prices through comparative quotes from official window and door dealers.
KCC (CEO Jung Jae-hoon) announced that it has launched the website for 'Emax Club,'1) the company's official window and door specialist network, and has begun offering the service in earnest. The newly introduced 'Emax Club website' is an O2O platform built to let customers handle window and door purchases in one stop, providing a range of functions and information such as ▲a smart quote system, ▲Emax Club and dealer guidance, ▲product information, and ▲installation case studies. In particular, the platform's core feature, the 'smart quote system,' adopts a 'reverse auction' concept so that customers can obtain comparative quotes with a single click, without having to visit multiple dealers to compare estimates. When a customer wishing to replace their windows and doors enters conditions such as the building's floor area, housing type, and installation schedule, the Emax Club dealers within the relevant installation region provide online quotes. Customers can review the quotes from several dealers, select the one offering the most reasonable terms, and proceed all the way to consultation and contract. Because the quote calculation and comparison process takes place transparently within the platform, customers can clearly verify the prices and installation case studies presented by dealers and make the optimal decision. Beyond the smart quote system, consumers can easily and thoroughly review information on various dealers and products through the platform, and they can now select a dealer by comprehensively considering diverse information such as actual installation cases and reviews. They can also access supplementary information, such as how to maintain windows and doors after replacement and tips for keeping insulation and sound-blocking performance intact over the long term, offering practical help.
KCC opened the 'Emax Club' website to respond to a housing and interior market that is increasingly shifting toward online, by establishing an O2O platform that directly connects customers with dealers. By enabling every previously difficult and complex step of purchasing windows and doors to be handled quickly and easily on the platform, KCC expects to expand sales opportunities for window and door dealers while giving customers a purchasing experience in which they can confidently entrust their installation to high-quality workmanship. In particular, with the autumn peak season—when demand for window and door replacement and remodeling rises due to weddings, moving, and the like—the company expects a significant increase in the number of customers using the Emax Club website to compare quotes efficiently.
Alongside the website launch, KCC plans to continuously strengthen the expertise and competitiveness of its Emax Club dealers. In fact, KCC is steadily expanding its Emax Club membership—which currently reaches 128 companies nationwide—to improve accessibility, while at the same time devoting effort to training aimed at bolstering dealers' technical competitiveness and enhancing service quality. Notably, starting this year, the company is accelerating efforts to strengthen dealer competitiveness through training, investing 300 million won in dedicated facilities for hands-on, field-oriented education and expanding the number and schedule of training sessions. In addition, KCC has signed a 'quality agreement' with its dealers, establishing a system of mutual accountability in which the head office reliably supplies premium materials and dealers commit to using genuine products and adhering to installation standards.
