Coway (co-CEOs Lee Hae-sun and Suh Jang-won), a company offering best life solutions, has opened ‘Coway Gallery,’ a brand experience and sales store, on the third basement level of the Living Power Center located in Giheung-gu, Yongin.
The Coway Gallery Living Power Center branch is the company’s first directly operated store to be formally established within a shopping mall. Following the Nonhyeon-dong branch in Gangnam-gu, which opened last December, and the branch at Coway’s headquarters, G Tower, in Guro-gu, it was created to broaden opportunities for customer experience and engagement.
The Coway Gallery Living Power Center branch has enhanced its hands-on features and display-space interior design so that customers can examine and purchase Coway’s popular products—such as environmental home appliances, mattresses, and massage chairs—in detail. In particular, since individual preferences for mattresses and massage chairs vary depending on materials and functions, customers can freely try out a variety of models firsthand and choose the product that best suits them.
At this store, showrooms have been staged to resemble an actual living space, featuring a master bedroom, living room, and bathroom, allowing visitors to see how Coway products blend naturally with interior décor. The space has been arranged so that customers can check the design placement of various products in a relaxed atmosphere and gain inspiration for their own interior planning.
To celebrate the opening of the Coway Gallery Living Power Center branch, Coway is holding a variety of events. Customers who visit the store and take part in a satisfaction survey will receive a Donggubat eco-friendly dishwashing wash bar as a gift, and customers who purchase products at the store will receive various purchase gifts depending on the product, such as Le Creuset tableware and Sopraum bedding. The first 100 customers will additionally receive a Boral air fryer oven. The event may end early once supplies run out.
The Coway Gallery Living Power Center branch is open to anyone without a prior reservation and operates year-round, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.
A Coway official said, “By introducing a brand store in a large shopping mall with excellent customer accessibility, we aim to broaden opportunities to experience Coway’s innovative products and brand while improving purchasing convenience,” adding, “We expect it to deliver high customer satisfaction, as visitors can freely experience products in a space designed like a model house.”
